1. Acceptance and service provider
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to MB Post Center, a web-based social media publishing service operated by Asociația Misiunea Bucovina MB (“we”, “us”, or “the Association”). By accessing or using MB Post Center, the user agrees to these Terms and confirms that they are authorized to act for the organization or communication team whose accounts they manage.
2. Eligibility and protected access
MB Post Center is designed for approved content creators and communication teams. Access is account-based and protected. Users must keep their access credentials secure, must not share access with unauthorized persons, and must notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized use.
We may require additional verification or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or connected accounts.
3. Authorized social media accounts
A user may connect only social media accounts that the user owns or is expressly authorized to administer. Connections must be completed through the platform’s official OAuth authorization flow. Users must not attempt to connect another person’s account without authorization, bypass platform permissions, or interfere with security controls.
4. Content rights and responsibilities
The user remains responsible for all content selected, prepared, scheduled, or published through MB Post Center. The user confirms that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and releases for the videos, photos, audio, captions, trademarks, personal data, and other materials they submit.
Content and account activity must comply with:
- TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Content Posting API requirements, and other applicable platform rules;
- the rules of every other selected social media platform;
- copyright, privacy, publicity, advertising, consumer-protection, and other applicable laws;
- all required commercial-content, sponsorship, and disclosure obligations.
5. Creator review and publication confirmation
MB Post Center displays available platform-specific settings so the creator can review the destination account, content, caption, privacy level, interactions, commercial-content declarations, and other relevant options.
The user must manually and explicitly confirm each publication. MB Post Center sends selected content only after the user presses the Publish button or explicitly confirms an intended scheduled publication. The user is responsible for checking the final settings before confirmation.
6. TikTok Direct Post
For TikTok, MB Post Center uses TikTok Login Kit and the official Content Posting API. The user.info.basic permission is used to help identify the destination account. The video.publish permission is used only after explicit creator confirmation to send selected content through the official Direct Post flow.
MB Post Center does not use the video.upload permission to send drafts to the TikTok inbox.
7. Prohibited use
Users must not use MB Post Center to:
- publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized content;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
- send spam or perform automated activity contrary to platform rules;
- probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate limits;
- introduce malicious code or use the service in a way that could damage its infrastructure or other users;
- resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized access to the service.
8. External APIs and service availability
MB Post Center depends on external social media APIs, authorization services, internet connectivity, hosting, and other providers outside our direct control. The service may be temporarily unavailable, delayed, limited, or affected by platform maintenance, API changes, token expiry, account restrictions, rate limits, moderation decisions, or network failures.
We work to maintain reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful publication to every platform. Publication status should be reviewed inside MB Post Center and, when necessary, on the destination platform.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to investigate or prevent abuse, protect connected accounts, comply with law or platform requirements, address security threats, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. When appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Users may stop using the service and disconnect authorized social accounts at any time.
10. Privacy and temporary files
Use of MB Post Center is also governed by the MB Post Center Privacy Policy. TikTok passwords are not collected. OAuth tokens are encrypted. Media files are retained temporarily for processing and transfer and are automatically deleted after publication, failure, cancellation, or expiry.
11. Disclaimers and responsibility
MB Post Center is provided with reasonable care and security safeguards. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for actions taken independently by external platforms, platform account restrictions, changes to third-party APIs, content moderation decisions, or losses caused by unauthorized use resulting from a user’s failure to protect their credentials.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect service, platform, security, or legal changes. The effective date at the top identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
