Secure social media publishing from one web application

MB Post Center is a web-based social media publishing service operated by Asociația Misiunea Bucovina. It helps authorized creators and communication teams prepare, review, schedule, and publish social media content from one secure interface.

Users can select videos or photos, prepare captions, choose their connected social media accounts, review platform-specific settings, and explicitly confirm each publication.

Every publication follows a transparent review and confirmation flow.

Official Content Posting API

TikTok integration

MB Post Center uses TikTok Login Kit and the official Content Posting API.

The user.info.basic permission is used only to retrieve the authorized TikTok account’s Open ID, display name, and avatar, allowing the creator to verify the destination account.

Before every TikTok publication, MB Post Center queries the creator information provided by TikTok and displays the available privacy and interaction settings.

The creator selects the content, enters the caption, chooses the privacy level and the available comment, Duet, and Stitch settings, completes the commercial-content declaration when applicable, and explicitly confirms the publication.

Only after the creator presses the Publish button does MB Post Center use the video.publish permission to send the selected content to the connected TikTok account through the official Direct Post flow.

MB Post Center does not use the video.upload permission for sending drafts to the TikTok inbox.

Data protection

Security and privacy

TikTok passwords are never collected or stored by MB Post Center.

Social media accounts are connected exclusively through official OAuth authorization flows. Access and refresh tokens are encrypted and are never displayed publicly.

Uploaded media files are stored temporarily only for processing and transfer to the selected platforms. Temporary files are automatically deleted after publication, failure, cancellation, or expiry.

Users can disconnect TikTok and revoke access at any time.
Personal information is not sold.
Content is never published without explicit creator confirmation.

Access is account-based and protected. Each creator can connect only accounts they are authorized to manage. This helps organizations maintain clear control over destinations, publication settings, and content approval.
